Charon was the operator of the unnamed hovercraft crewed by Eight Ball, Link, and Duncan. She had a tattoo of a clown on her right arm and disliked Duncan who often appeared daft but who also seemed to like or have a crush on her.
She guided Eight Ball and, after Eight Ball failed, Link inside Saint George's Orphanage to look for Hope. And while she warned Eight Ball about the possibility of a set-up which eventually killed the operative, she was able to guide Link though the completion of the mission, successfully extracting both Link and Hope.
